Antoine Rigaudeau
Antoine Roger Rigaudeau (born December 17, 1971, in Cholet, Maine-et-Loire) nicknamed Le Roi (The King), is a retired French professional basketball player.
In Autumn 2000, Antoine Rigaudeau was appointed as Chevalier (Knight) of the Légion d'honneur by French President.
Rigaudeau won the Euroleague in 1997-98 and 2000-01 with Virtus Bologna. In 2001, before the European Championship, he retired from international basketball after 110 appearances with the French National Team, but he decided to come back for the 2005 European Championship where he won the bronze medal. He retired again after the tournament.
